CORONAVIRUS: Katsina Schools Remains Shut As Civil Servants Resume Today

The Governor of kastina state, Aminu Masari has ordered all workers in the mainstream of kastina state service should resume work effective today.

On resumption to work, all affected workers are expected observe social distancing to by providing skeletal services from 10:00am to 2:00pm daily which will be maintained for a period of one week.
The Head of Civil Service in Kastina State Idris Usman gave this directives  in a statement issued on Sunday.

According to him, all public/private Tertiary Institutions, secondary and primary schools are expected to remain closed till further notice, however consistent washing of hands with soap and water and application of sanitizers  to ensure that possible coronavirus spread is curtailed in the state.

It could be recalled that on March 26, the state government ordered all workers in both the state and local government councils to observe stay-at-home with a view to curtailing the spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic pending the review of the situation by experts.
